Apr 5 2014 The staff make you feel welcome, the atmosphere friendly / warm and homely, residents are well cared for, ( no unpleasant odours ) The home has been decorated /updated to a very good standard taking into account the service users & staff, All of the outcomes from the CQC inspection have been met recently & the councils quality banding retained. Fantastic result in achieving councils dementia award for the care home, well done to all the staff and management you have worked very hard to achieve this, very few home got the award in Nottingham.

Mar 20 2014 would not recommend this home to anyone as the management team is very poor and don't seam to no what they are doing they put far to much pressure on the carers working there also there is a very high turnover of staff please don't let the decoration of the home trick you into thinking it is a nice place like we did as this is not the case it is not a nice place at all
