Feb 2 2021 We have been very disappointed in the twilight years of my Late Mothers entrusted Care with MHA , to have experienced so many mistakes have been made. Please look around at options and always check Care Plans on a regular basis, as a family we feel Saddened at the lack of Duty of Care and mistakes made. Director level has apologised and recognise mistakes have been made, now working at improving things, lets hope changes happen quickly!

Jul 13 2019 I have no hesitation in writing this review, all staff are welcoming friendly caring, They do not sit around always busy, I have witnessed them sitting one to one with residents taking time to engage with individuals which is lovely to see. The Home is well led, which shows through the smooth running, the Manager is tuned in to whatever question about the resident you ask without referring to folders or other member of staff. The Home is clean, the handyman is a delight nothing too much trouble.Lovely Gardens. A chapel in house for services for anyone who would like to be involved.Well done Queenswood!
