Mar 2 2013 Bilton House has a warm friendly atmosphere,with no restriction on visitors.Over the 4years that my Mum has been a resident I have visited at different times and on different days and have found standards of care in all areas to be high at all times. The only problem I occassionly face is finding a member of staff,however I am aware that there are residents who need a lot of time and care ,and staff will be occupied.I am forgetting to mention the garden,which is kept in an immaculate condition by the hardwork of the gardener with the help on occasions by Bernard with the care of the pond ,waterfall and fish.Bilton House being a charitable organisation and non profit making can be a little short on funds .However,there is now a magnificent activities room and work has started on the main ground floor hallway with a new carpet and decoration throughout.
