May 31 2016 Although my mother I law had been in there for a few years and did not want the hassle of moving, even when we tried too. The management are unobtainable most of the time and when you get to see them they are rude and arrogant The limited staff try to do their best but with no help from management but often fail. Watch out for the hidden charges such as nails and shampoo even though you have supplied it already and other homes do the residents nails free of charge to spend time with them.
