Oct 25 2018 This faculty has many things that are not being adhered too in Ofer to keep residents safe and happy. First of all the residents are imprisoned in the home and never taken outside by staff even though the home is set in lovely grounds. Inside the home my elderly relative was left in urine for hours on end, on one occasion medication wasn’t administered. Basically my family member didn’t receive the correct urgent medical treatment when needed and so became extremely ill. Meals are often disgusting with a lot of processed food served and hardly any fresh fruits or vegetables. Urine is left in rooms, corridors and beds as well as residents walking and sitting in wet clothing. I often saw residents half dressed or naked around the corridors with no staff to be seen to take them to dress. Very distressing experience for my relative and family. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not trust this home with your loved ones well being.
