Very impressed. The staff are professional and very caring, they looked after my sister a year ago. She was very young but terminal, couldn't have asked for better care for her. They made our journey as easy as they could given the very difficult circumstances, I am so grateful to them and will never forget their kindness and compassion. I am in their debt, there aren't many that have that level of empathy, but the staff here are very special and deserve recognition for the very difficult job they do. |

I feel that I am now able to re visit this page and I can honestly say that between May 2015
And August 2016 I completely trusted this care home with both of my parents who were both here between these dates Sadly my Dear Dad passed first and Mum continued to live happily there until her passing in August 2016. In all the times I visited I always felt that they were getting the very best care and attention and support , as did I at what was a difficult time for me
I never considered moving them at all and always felt they were in the best place possible with staff who genuinely had a great deal of affection for both of them |

The recent CQC report hits the nail on the head, so accurate at long last the truth. The home has gone down steadily over the last 12 months with staffing issues as well as problems with training. The over use of agency staff is another huge problem. The atmosphere on the nursing unit is unfriendly, the home manager never smiles. |
