May 5 2018 We needed emergency respite for my Mum when my Dad, who is her main carer, had to be admitted to hospital as an emergency. Mum is 61 and is wheelchair bound due to Multiple Sclerosis; this was her first experience of respite, under very stressful circumstances. The manager and her team were absolutely wonderful. All of the staff at Chase House were extremely patient, kind, caring and supportive to Mum. The admission was very straightforward and we were given excellent advice and support. Everyone did all that they could to offer personalised care to Mum and to ensure that her experience was as positive as it could be. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending the truly amazing team of people at Chase House.

The atmosphere is always friendly, support is caring,sensitive and professional. My Mum says that she is very happy, enjoys the activities, outings and good food. Feels like a home from home.

The activities arranged for the clients are comprehensive and interesting. I have always found the staff very helpful and the management as well. My cousin’s room is well furnished and the décor is very good up to four star hotel standards. I would highly recommend this home. The home also has a very nice garden to walk around with many interesting features .Congratulations to all the staff in this home, keep up the good work it is great to feel my cousin is being well looked after.
