The Royal College Manchester supports students with dual sensory impairment and severe/ profound learning difficulties, those whose primary need is autism and those who are deaf or who have communication difficulties. The educational aspects of the college are regulated by OFSTED The college provides accommodation, care and support for 23 of the 55 students who attend the college and it is the care provided to these people that is regulated by CQC. |
