Situated in the village of Chandlers Ford, just south of Winchester, Chandlers Ford Care Home is a purpose built 45 bedded care home offering Nursing care.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that meals are a very important part of our Residents’ day, our menus cover a variety of choices for each meal and a choice of snacks, fresh fruit and refreshments are also available 24 hours a day.
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included within the weekly activities calendar which is displayed in the home, this includes:
• Art and crafts
• Quizzes
• Music and movement
• Visits from professional entertainers
Residents enjoy regular outings to local places of interest such as garden centres, the local church and supermarket.
Many of our Residents find the one-on-one time with our members of staff particularly enjoyable.
Outdoor areas
Our attractive garden is a great place for garden enthusiasts who enjoy helping to keep the herb garden and outdoor area looking good.
The open and secure patio area is a tranquil place for Residents to relax or socialise with family and friends.

Dec 30 2015 My friend has stayed at Chandler's Ford care home on two occasions. She has found the home to be very comfortable with lovely lounges. She very much enjoys the food too. The manager is always available for a chat and the nursing and caring staff really look after her. She is hoping to become a permanent resident in the next couple of months.
