Jul 8 2014 All the staff at Willowcroft are caring and helpful, it has a very pleasant atmosphere and the residents are treated with care and respect. The manager was especially helpful.

Initially, I struggled with the decision to move him into a care home, but following a hospital admission we all agreed that he was no longer safe at home and needed 24 hour monitoring. I visited two care homes that had been recommended to me: the kind and caring staff at Willowcroft immediately put me at my ease and I knew that this was where I wanted dad to be. The fact that it was 5 minutes from my home was an added bonus! I can honestly say that my first impressions have been borne out in every way. The staff are incredibly kind, professional and caring. I can pop in at any time and they always know what kind of a day he has had, how his is eating, etc. He always looks scrupulously clean and well cared for and - most importantly of all - he is very happy! He is constantly commenting on how kind everybody is to him and it is a great weight off my mind that he is so well cared for - and well fed! It may not be the most luxurious care home out there but the quality of care is first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
