Oct 17 2017 I have just been to see my father in Bickerley Green. He is not the easiest person to care for, but the wonderful staff manage to do it kindly, cheerfully, and yet with firmness. They have endless patience, they not only keep him clean, but pay attention to the little details like seeing his hair is brushed, and hes shaved and dressed neatly. Theres incredible team spirit among the staff, and they get an awful lot done without making it seem they are rushed. Im glad Dad is there: I could never give him anything approaching that level of care myself.
