Feb 2 2023 Very rude staff and management, do not care for residents - very rushed environment and sometimes unsafe. This had been reported but whether it got investigated I have no idea. Would not recommend to anyone looking to go here!

Feb 10 2019 Care is lacking in many areas Residents are left needing care longer they should be Nursing staff do not have a adequate grasp of the English language Incoming money should be spent more on residents care Management treat this home very much as a business You pay for activities? What activities? Training needed on spotting signs of serious illness If you go for a look around, wander around on your own, speak to residents and staff.

Jun 14 2016 My Mum has been a resident since Feb 1st 2016, she has had the best care, and been shown kindness and consideration at all times. The staff do a wonderful job. I can't praise them enough .....
