Hill Top Manor Care Home, High Lane, Stoke on Trent provides accommodation and care for up to 80 people with care needs.
Hilltop Manor offers different levels f care to suit a range of needs including residential and nursing, palliative care, shorter term intermediate care, respite or post operative care. The team of trained nurses, senior care and care assistants at Hlltop provide an excellent standard of 24 hour care. We have trained chefs who provide specialised nutritional diets for our residents and a dedicated housekeeping team who ensure the homes cleanliness is to a high standard.
Hilltop Manor is situated on an evevated position in the residential suburb of Chell near to Tunstall. The home is within easy reach of shops and other amenities and has an& & excellent& public transport& within the city of Stoke on Trent.Hilltop is a well equipped comfortable home. The accommodation is situated on two floors and both floors have ample lounges and dining rooms. We have mature lanscaped gardens with patio areas where residents can enjoy the fresh air. Most of the bedrooms are ensuite and most on the ground floor have patio doors leading onto the garden. Residents are encouraged to peronalise their rooms, and can even choose their own colour scheme to make them feel more at home. All rooms have four Seasons standard feature such as thermostatic radiators, smoke detectors, televisions and 24 hout call system.

Aug 10 2016 I was visiting to have a look around for my father but in parking my car to the left as the right side was quiet full I could see 2 residents in there bed they had no blinds on the patio doors for dignity my grandson asked who is that man in his bed well if you can not do dignity and respect where out strangers can see in, then what is it like inside so no thanks I never even got out of the car let's hope the residents who are on show from the car park get some dignity in the future I would not like people to see me in my bed even if I didn't have the mental capacity show some respect to these elderly residents that's all they ask

Mar 14 2016 Care Home offers a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The level of care and support to the residents by the staff is of an exceptional standard, nothing is too much trouble regardless of how busy they are. The cleanliness of the home is to a high standard and the menu provides a wide variety of choice for the residents. The home also offers a variety of activities for the residents who can decide whether they want to join in or not. Overall Hilltop is a home from home where the residents are treated with compassion, respect and made to feel as though they are one big family.
