Linden House Nursing Home

I am writing to thank all the staff at Linden House for the wonderful care that you gave my father. The attention that dad received was highly professional and very caring. The relationships that all the staff made with my dad were a joy to see. The staff were always very welcoming to me and my family and they were excellent communicators regarding dad's care. Linden House has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Please pass on my thanks to all your staff for making dad's last days the best they could be.

I would like to thank the manager and their staff for the kindness, care, commitment and expertise of the nursing staff given to mum over the past 3 years, firstly during her day and respite visits and later as a resident. I think the Care Quality Commission would be well advised to use Linden House as a benchmark. Mum has always enjoyed the beauty of Nature and enjoyed particular pleasure from Linden House's grounds, with the lovely trees and the succession of the snowdrops, primroses and daffodils. Mum also enjoyed watching the rabbits and squirrels and particularly this year the butterflies. Mum's recent quotes to me, "I am well cared for here"; "I have lots of people caring for me here"; "I am happy here"; all confirmed what I thought. Sincere thanks from myself and my family.

Thank you to all the staff who look after Bob on Thursdays and for the respite he received over the last 4 days. Although I feel guilty about leaving him, I know he could not be getting better care Stella
