Dec 23 2015 My relative has been a resident at Cymar for a few years now, during which time I have had absolutely no reason to complain about the level of care and attention she receives. The staff know her well and always keep me informed about how she is doing; I live a long way from the Home so they often telephone me (around my working hours too, wherever possible). The food is good and the premises look fresh and clean - a redecoration programme has recently taken place in both public areas and private rooms. Definitely worth considering.
