Nov 24 2022 As someone who worked there for over a year I’d seen staff come and go but never in my life have I ever seen it to the extreme that I did in this home, staff and residents are treated so poor and management are fake, they pretend to care and act like they have residents best interest at heart when all the care about is the money, some staff are absolutely golden but so rundown, you have 0 support and they’ll hire anyone turning a blind eye to thief’s and emotional abuse and physical abuse towards staff

Jun 16 2022 From the minute I walked through the door the staff and management were excellent the care and love shown by all staff was exceptional, my father in laws journey was end of life care and the The Lawns excelled at this his dignity and respect was upmost in there care of him even when he became non responsive they talked to him and treated him like a person. The care that was shown to us as a family at this sad time was fantastic and greatly appreciated knowing he died in there care with so much love has made our journey sad but easier. Aug 19 2017 My husband and myself are looking for a home for mum, we arrived at The Lawns without an appointment and were made to feel very welcome , the manager showed us around and answered all of our questions, the home was clean and without any smells. And staff appeared very friendly, the manager introduced us to some of the residents who were all very happy with the care
