I would just like to praise all of the staff who work so very hard at The Watermill. My Nan has been a resident here for the past 2 years and the care she receives is second to none. Each member of staff is warm, friendly and shows the sort of care I have not seen in any other care setting. I have worked in care myself and can honestly say the staff all deserve the highest praise and should feel very proud of the work they do. There’s genuine warmth to all residents and a fantastic display of team work from each one of them.

I highly recommend this care home. My mother was a resident for 7yrs until she sadly lost her fight to dementia in January 2021. The care mom received was amazing. All of the staff are so dedicated & supportive , not only to residents but to their families too. Mom was treated with dignity & respect right the whole time. The home is spotless ! The facilities outstanding & food amazing with kitchen staff tailoring menus to dietary requirements. I cannot thank everyone in this home enough . I’ve recommended to others & they have been equally as impressed.

Mom became a resident in February 2015. It was a difficult time for her and the family but the staff were amazing in helping her settle . The Watermill, including the day centre, provide excellent care & continue to strive to improve facilities. It is so comforting knowing that mom lives in a safe & caring environment. All the staff display amazing commitment.
