Signature Coombe Hill Manor is a newly built home situated in the beautiful surroundings of Kingston upon Thames.
The team at Coombe Hill Manor offers a very warm welcome to all. Headed up by a very experienced general manager, Coombe Hill Manor is a care home like no other in the area.
The home is purpose built and offers exceptional accommodation, which is affordable but of a very high standard. A typical one bedroom suite offers a bedroom and separate lounge and kitchen with a full en-suite wet room and is unique as it offers double the space of most care homes and is ideal for those wanting extra room or couples who want to stay together.
Coombe Hill also have smaller studios for those who prefer something more cosy. The rooms come unfurnished allowing residents to bring those special objects, which helps the settling in process.
Coombe Hill Manor is proud to offer two fully licensed restaurants, the menu being dictated by current residents and an in house cafe for residents and visitors to enjoy afternoon tea and homemade cakes. There is also a large activities team who provide trips out, visiting speakers and activities. There is also an in house hair salon and spa and treatment room.
Residents range from those who are relatively independent and still drive, to those who require respite, full nursing, dementia or end of life care. Coombe Hill provide discreet support in a place which is not institutional but as much like home as possible.

Mar 5 2017 Incredibly beautiful premises and the staff is just amazing! I'm excited and incredibly grateful to have found such a perfect home for my father to spend his days. He was becoming very lonely and depressed, since my mother passed away. Now, not only he is able to nurture good relationships, he can also take part on various activities throughout the week that gives his life so much needed purpose. I have nothing but praise towards this amazing company. Good to know there are still places like this in Britain. Thanks, from the heart!

The Coombe Hill Manor facilities have always been spectacular on the way they serve him and our family. They always know exactly what to do and are exceptionally prepared in case of emergencies. Their level of commitment is priceless and I can always feel secure about my father’s life, which is extremely precious to me and the rest of our family. For some things you can’t settle for the second best option, and this is one of them. I'm truly glad and grateful to have found Signature!

Mar 2 2017 I visited Signature a while ago, and despite only perusing their services and accommodations for an uncertain future, they treated me like I was the most important person in the world. The facilities were stunning and they had plenty of staff scurrying around, ready to serve the seniors’ every need. My first impression was beyond amazing! I wasn’t looking for myself, but couldn’t help but think that, when the time comes, I’d be more than happy to become one of their residents. When they make you look forward to reaching old age, you realise they are doing something right. I knew right then and there that Signature would be able to provide a fantastic service for my parents. There was a quite homely, but at the same time elegant, atmosphere. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, too. One of the client liaison managers, was quite warm and receptive, and took their time showing me around the facilities and explaining in detail how everything worked. Only time the client liaison manager interrupted the tour was to chat and share a laugh with some of the residents. Great and unique experience seeing that level of excellence at work. I absolutely recommend Signature!
