Bethany Christian Home

After months of visiting my mother in a run down care home I was forced to search for something better.l visited several homes which appeared better but always came away feeling unsure. By chance I heard of Bethany Christian House and once I saw it and was shown around I knew this is where I'd wish for my mother to spend the remainder of her days. A wonderful home in which she has super room with fantastic views and excellent care,a truly superb find. I now have peace of mind and sleep well.

After exhaustive searches in the Plymouth Area, we, as a family, are blessed to find Bethany and its staff. From the first contact to every visit the staff and ambience at Bethany is truly wonderful. Every time you enter and for the duration the staff are friendly,caring & willing. I know for my Aunt it feels like home from home, you cant put a value on that. The team there feel like a family. The medical care is so fast and efficient, and whilst you might say this should be expected, yes, but often its not in many care homes. 10 out of 10. I know this may sound cliché, but, nothing is ever too much trouble. As for the Manager, what a truly genuine, charming, efficient and resident care focussed person. It is clear that the home is in very good hands. Over the 3 months my aunt has been there I would say I've met most of the fantastic staff and I'm sorry I cant mention them all here. My family all sleep at night in the knowledge my aunt gets the best loving care. All that along with medical care, safety, daily activities, food and drink that my aunt says is like home cooking. Can I just also say that all this is all said without you knowing that I am very vigilant and demand the best levels of care for my aunt. With all the bad press and personal experiences with other care homes in the past - Thank you Bethany Home team for being so very very good.
