Feb 4 2017 This shines out as an exceptional residential care home. I have a background in designing care homes, and have had direct experience of several care homes for my relatives, and I rate Greenacres in a league of its own. Its a place where the residents really do come first. As soon as you step in to the foyer it feels a warm and happy place. From the senior managers right through to the most junior carers, they work with a unique blend of kindness and professionalism. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There is no cutting corners. There is always something going on in the lounge. There are so many fun activities. Everyone mucks in, staff and residents alike. The meals are great, in a light, pleasant dining room overlooking beautiful gardens. A truly exceptional organisation.
