Dec 12 2016 My dad is in there and had 2 falls on the night shift and badly cut his head the second time ending up in hospital for 3 weeks. My concern is that there is not enough staff and if someone is deemed to be a fall risk how on earth can this happen again the night after this tells me that the night staff are insufficient at their jobs needs seriously looking into this I'm afraid.

Jun 13 2015 My great aunt has been in several care homes for rest bite over the last couple of years. My mum and myself suggested the new haven to our aunt back in February for a couple of weeks rest bite as she kept falling at home. My aunty has not returned home as she says she feels safe at the new haven. I have never been anywhere as caring and friendly atmosphere, it is truly a wonderful place for our elderly to feel safe and secure and have the best care possible. I can't say enough about the new haven it doesn't look, feel or smell nothing like the previous care homes iv visited. My aunt is not the easiest person to please especially around food and even that they seem to have excelled themselves, and when a almost 90 year old says she's enjoyed her diners it's worth a great deal to us. Could not give it enough stars.
