Oct 24 2014 Our relative has been a resident for approx 15-16months and my husband and I havebeen visiting her reguarly everyweek on different days in this time we have never ever found anythingn wrong. Always found her clean,her bed linen clean and no nasty smells aswe have found in other homes when we were looking. The staff have always been friendly. At thismoment in time our relative is very unwell and we cannot fault the care she is receiving. We wish them all the verybest for the future. We feel the adverse publicity must have been caused by one bad apple which is a shame.
