Russell Court Nursing Home

My mother was a resident at Russell Court for over 3 years and I can honestly say that it became like a second home to myself. I spent many hours visiting and have nothing but praise for the hard work the staff do, I found we were also well informed about all aspects of mums care and the manager was always available should I need to discuss anything. On the last 3 days of mum being with us, we were kept updated on everything that was happening and decided to stay at the home. We were given a vacant room to use and the staff made sure we were supplied with plenty of coffee and food. I would recommend this home to anyone.

I sadly lost my mother in December, but i would like to say that she was so well looked after, she had been a resident at Russell Court for 6 years and in all that time i can honestly say that the care she received was excellent, the staff are all so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed too much trouble, the trained nurses always kept me updated on any changes in her condition, even if a G.P had altered her medication, we were made to feel welcome when we visited and i know that mum was happy and safe, i would not hesitate in recommending this home, keep up the good work.
