Aug 11 2019 went to visit someone in cooksons court a few months ago and i was taking back and so impressed by this building and walking into this very nice home. being new, clean and very modern i did feel so comfortable and could relax and could understand why i had heard alot of praise from people outside who had short breaks after operation or respite care and had told me about this home. i did feel that the residents had lovely rooms and well if i had to go into care after a operation or needed some respite i couldnt ask for anymore myself and we should be pleased we got this home in yeovil, somerset.

Jul 13 2018 Lovely, modern, clean building with beautifully kept gardens for the residents to use. Excellent facilities on site, including a small sweet shop and hairdressers. Impressed by the number of staff on duty, who seem friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well presented. Food looks very appetising.

Dec 11 2017 this is a beautiful new care home that has the potential to be a truly lovely home for elderly loved ones. we used the service for a loved one for eighteen months. we researched many homes in the area and talking to staff at the time felt we had picked the right environment. unfortunately this turned out to be not the case. with our loved ones failing health and becoming unstable on their feet took a few tumbles. we were told that the home was unable to cater for this person anymore. so facilities for relatives if they are likely to take a tumble. we were forced to move a frail elderly person in a short period of time with no prior warning. this unfortunately proved not to help to our loved ones health. my suggestion is not to use this home if your loved one is proned to falling as they cannot provide cover for this and in our case we had to provide one to one nursing cover on top of care provided
