May 15 2017 I am pleased to say we have removed my relative from this home. The care staff are lovely, but it is inadequately staffed and badly managed. Those who do work there cannot possibly provide anything like a good enough service. In the time my relative was there they never went out and there was no activity coordinator employed. Poor residents just sit around all day staring at nothing. The food is really poor and the level of hygiene and cleanliness was quite frightening. Soiled nappies left in corners, soiling of taps, bedding and bathrooms undealt with. Floors sticky from drinks and food debris. Strong smells everywhere and residents not washed.
