Jul 14 2017 My mother was sent to Arncliffe in January for rehabilitation for a broken hip. Our experience of the place was not good. We often arrived to find there was no accessible drink for her near by or in the room. Sometimes she was left to lie in bed without a drink till quite late in the morning. The food was often cold by the time she got it. She was also left to take her own tablets on several occasions and some ended up on the floor - undiscovered by staff.
