Marigold Nursing Home

On recommendation my brother should receive 24 hour care, I was very fortunate to find Marigold Nursing home. Despite sad circumstances, I found it to be a very warm and welcoming home, managed by a superb dedicated team with very professional and understanding staff, who treat everyone with the highest regard, utmost standard of care and understanding, and with great dignity. His room is always kept pristine and tidy. He enjoys all of the meals served to him. The team look after his personal hygiene, a thing that he had let go in the past, while also prompting him with his medication. The Team always keep me informed with all happenings with regards to my brother.

I have dealt with my mother's complex health needs for 30+ years. In all that time dealing with medical and healthcare professionals and care industry workers I have neve come across anyone as caring as the manager and all of staff. The manager is passionate and totally committed to doing the very best for every resident. My mother moved in just over 5 weeks ago; her appetite is much better and her skin integrity is vastly improved due to excellent nursing care. All of the staff, residents, families and friends are treated like family. When I first moved her in I was anxious, weary and worn down after years of worry - the manager and staff would ask me how I was and reassure me. I am now happy that she will be treated with utmost care, dignity and love.
