In the present climate Ifeel lucky to be registered with and managed to keep an NHS dentist, particularly this practice. I have recently had to have several dental proceedures and I cannot fault their service. My messages have always been answered promplty and they have always managed to fit me in as soon as possible. They are extremely busy but always friendly and reassuring, so impirtant when you're undergoing treatment that can be daunting, thank you! |

It is impossible to ring this dentist or even leave a message as the inbox is always full, they neither read e mails, so you have to call in and due to their poor location, there is nowhere you can stop and run in too quickly. The access for my disabled Mum is dreadful, They have cancelled appointments at short notice. I have had to have an Xray at the community hopital, who told e the dentist would contact me in a couple of weeks, Lol, that's a joke, not happened yet and it's several months later. I am due to go in shortly, so we will see what happens. The staff are quite helpful and have been a help with my Mum, getting her back in the car. It's always a stressful trip there for us, even though neither of us has any phobias or fears about going, so what it's like for someone who has, I can only imagine. The staff do their best but they are badly overworked, in quite an unsuitable building, and with the new road layout only adding to the problem x |
