I find the availability of appointment very difficult to access. I have tried 3 days to get an appointment with no luck. I am now having to do am econsult for my husband who has multiple health problems very frustrating method of booking appointments | ||||||

Been with Dolphin surgery since moving here in September last year. Haven't had to see a doctor yet but everything else i e. Getting prescriptions, covid tests etc. Cannot fault them, very pleased with their service. Staff pleasant and informative. | ||||||

I moved to Hertford, a kind woman agreed until I was sorted I could stay registered there. They did not log my new address properly after I told them many times they had it wrong. In a nutshell, they took me off their books & informed me by sending a letter to the address I had told them many times was wrong. As a result, I put in a repeat prescription…obviously didn’t go through & I’ve been left with no medication, no doctor & my health has suffered as a result. I feel very let down. | ||||||
