The nurses and doctors (if you can get to see one) are excellent, but some of the receptionists are unhelpful, and even rude. Patients are expected to abide by all kinds of petty rules; there is no empathy, no consideration of the fact that they are dealing with people who are ill. The service has definitely deteriorated over recent years. | ||||||

If you have a problem with the appointment system call Aneurin Bevan, health board - 01633 431666. The appointment system is a practice policy and in its current state not fit for purpose, it’s creating barriers to care. The practice managers don’t seem to care about this. But if enough people contact the health board and complain about their individual difficulties in getting access to medical care to the health board, the practice will be forced to change policy.. if you want things to change, don’t hesitate call today. | ||||||
