Necessary appointments are quickly arranged, questions answered by very helpful receptionists, I might say that i only phone if we have genuine problems that we cannot solve ourselves. | ||||||

Saturday 24July 2021 Although I rarely speak to my GP (Dr Nagarajah) he prescribed METFORMIN for my diabetes. The prescription is fulfilled by Tesco Pharmacy and I have one tablet left. Tesco have no further supplies for me and suggest I contact the surgery! The surgery is closed so I registered with the New River Health, successfully! However, I am advised that I can’t use Online repeat prescriptions until a member of staff contacts me with a PIN number!!! When someone eventually reads this perhaps I could be advised who matters in the stupid reorganisation - certainly not the reason you are there for…..THE PATIENT. M George | ||||||

I have received really good service from the ware practice they have been excellent in my care and also the call back service is really good. Have no complaints whatsoever from receptionist to nurse to doctors | ||||||
