Glan yr Afon Surgery

This surgery is constantly letting me down with regards to my appointments to see my doctor. Several times they have given me appointments to then tell me the doctors running late by an hour or he's stuck in traffic on the m4 when he shoukd be at the practice. Today I had an appointment and they tell me my doctor is not available and I'm to see another doctor whose actually stuck on the m4 in traffic and they suggest I go back home and make another appointment and I'm disabled. I can not even sit up at the moment as of a lump right inside my anus so have to either lie on my side or stand. They know I'm in severe agony and need my tablets. I even asked to see the nurse and they said if my doctors not here in 20 mins they pass me over to see the nurse. Then 20 minutes later they tell me to go back home and make yet another appointment. What made me laugh is another oatient went into the doctors and within 2 minutes was see by the doctor that's supposed to be stuck in traffic on the m4. How strange. And then because I complained about it another female patient started giving it large to me so I told the gypsy to wind her neck in and mind her own business. This is a terrible practice that's gone right down hill in the past two years. You used to be able to ring this doctors and get through eventually. But now uou ring up bang on 8am when they are open and your 39 in the queue. I'm now moving to another doctors as of the times they keep cancelling my appointments and failing to supply my medication properly. I'm having to chase around for ny tablets each and every time.
