Our 2 and a half year came down with a fever (+38C) and cough in the last week. Receptionists acting as triage... we were told to phone 111 and couldn't have an appointment. What good is 111 when a 2 and a half year old needs a physical assessment?! Absolutely shocking. And GPs earn on average 80-90K a year. This place is running on indulgency. Needs closing pronto - a drain on public money. Got an assessment for our lil one at a nearby practice within 24 hours with no such problems. NHS? It's not all good. | ||||||

The surgery is certainly lucky to have such cheerful and competent staff within the reception dispensary and office areas. First impressions are so important to me when I am attending a doctors appointment and on my recent visit they were very considerate and extremely kind to me particularly three of them. They all have a very difficult job which they handle brilliantly and professionally. Its always a pleasure to see them | ||||||
