New court is a brilliant GP surgery. My family and I feel so looked after by such an excellent team. We have received nothing but the absolute best care. From the receptionists to the nurses/doctors, everyone is so friendly and offer the best advise. Every single person at New Court are very quick to react and I certainly feel in safe hands. |

.....to be patients at New Court? When i I read about all the challenges faced by GPs and their patients around the country I wanted to say we are really thankful to have access to our practice at New Court in Malvern. The GPs, nurses and support staff are all dedicated, hard working and efficient, such that we rarely cannot be seen or heard in a timely manner and typically the same day. There’s a useful online records access too. We continue to count our blessings. Thank you! |

Felt belittled when staff laughed at my child's health condition. Had to go through their school GP to get the care they needed - and was promptly referred to a consultant. A Doctor at court road was then incredibly reluctant to prescribe the medication the consultant had asked them to prescribe. Prescriptions were rarely sent to the chemist on time, despite both the chemist and us contacting them, after giving plenty of notice. |
