This review relates to general medical advice from the Surgery. I phoned asking for advice. Understandably no one was able to assist and the earliest non urgent return call appt was more than a week later. The GP was helpful but waiting 9 days for a brief phone call is excessive. I wonder if clogging up the system by making an appt to attend would have been quicker? My observation to the surgery at the time were just brushed aside with a, albeit politely said, take it or leave it. | ||||||

Went fora blood sample to be taken today (Oct 5th) with a particular nurse. It was a great experience in that she took the sample with great efficiency and did so first time - something that really happens in my case. She was very knowledgeable and thorough and offered useful information. Although specifically referring to this nurse today, all the nurses at the surgery have been pleasant to deal with. So, a double thumbs up for my nurse. | ||||||

I cannot praise Dr Newey highly enough. She listens, she genuinely cares about her patients, she is intuitive, highly knowledgeable and goes over and above to give outstanding patient care. I feel incredibly fortunate that Colwall Surgery is our family practice. Thank you to you all. | ||||||
