Phone waiting times are often over 30 minutes. Getting through is a trial and it doesn't seem to be improving despite many emails to complain about it. Everyone should beware of signing up to this GP surgery as you will have issues in getting through to someone - most days! I would recommend everyone steers clear! | ||||||

Message for the Practice Manager. Thanks for your help sorting out my online access to PatientAccess. Despite your attempts to verify my e-mail address and mobile number, Patient access had not changed - hence my difficulties in getting online. By using viartious approaches finally got in and accessed my patient profile and then "verified" my e-mail and mobile number. Now have several ways of accessing system, and seems to be working.
