Unfortunately , a very bad service when they created a triage system. Appointements has become impossible for those who can not use computers, and, also calling is a nightmare and when they do , do not expect a good answer. System has to change. | ||||||

I've been with the surgery most of my life. Always received great care for myself and my mother who has dementia, especially from Dr Mulkis. Sometimes can be difficult to get an appointment with the new triage system, but that's general across the country. | ||||||

Been under this gp for years and now trying to claim against them. They lie about making referrals, very lazy doctors with no empathy. They neglect you and miss diagnose, they put me on strong pain killers and many different medications that they knew I was allergic to many active ingredients. Very careless. And what's worse is the new manager, no manners and extremely imature and arrogant. Was not helpful at all. They left me untreated for years and now my condition has worsened and I was told I can no longer have children however if they looked into this 9years ago I would have been fine I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!!!! | ||||||
