I have been attending Lancelot Medical Centre over a number of years now. Lots of changes for the better since Dr Savita Kumar took over. I have to really praise the frontline staff at the reception particularly Indu and Stephen ( and others whose name I cannot recall). Not to forget the Medical staff Dr Vruti Patel who has been looking after my care. Listening to the patient is so important ! Thank you Lancelot medical for looking after me. Thank you Savita for your leadership ! | ||||||

the practice is very efficient in contacting me and sending texts. I have had both Flu and pneumonia injections. I have never had to wait very long in the surgery. The staff are very helpful and friendly, | ||||||

If I could give a lower score I would, my girlfriend spent the whole day on the phone after they didn't arrange for her prescription to be delivered to the pharmacy, so she was on the phone for over 3 hours, and when she eventually got through to the receptionist she was greeted by the rudest person. When she asked why it took so long she ignored the question and continued to be rude. | ||||||
