The doctor’s here are excellent I have been with this surgery for around 23 years. However over the last couple of years I have found the reception staff to be awful. In the past they were excellent but now they can be rude, abrupt and simply not the kind of people you want to deal with when your ill. I have been told to ring 111 and the told by 111 to go back to my surgery. I work as concierge and it’s not difficult to deal with people in a polite and orderly manner. They definitely need more training including the reception manager who has also been negative towards me in the past. How she managed to get the job as reception manager is beyond me. Such a shame when the doctors are brilliant. |

I am with them from 1995 . All the Dr are very helpful and listen to me with respect. But I used to get problems with some receptionist . My recent experience is too bad . They have new receptionist I think her name Nicola . I never met anybody soo rude, and horrible attitude, actually she raise her voice and arguing soo much on the call. I moved from Kensington sold my flat and right now I have temporary accommodation and due to coronavirus lockdown it’s not easy to arrange everything, it takes time. I talk to my Dr about this. My request was just let me stay there until I find my proper accommodation and they accept it . But once I was very ill and stay with my family in Hounslow area for a week . And then I need emergency so call 111 and give my son address. Receptionist find out and call me and said we going to cancel ur registration with us . U better move to another Dr. Honestly she was extremely nasty women I ever know. She don’t passed my call to Dr and keep saying I am not registered. I request for Managment and talk to Pauline on calls , she was doing the same but not as rude like receptionist. I am trying to register my son Dr , but need time to accept all the paperwork takes a week. I have finished some of my medicine . They refuse to give me prescription. Even they know I am on regular basis with some medicine. Dr I can’t talk in that surgery because the don’t know my problem I can’t talk I am not allowed from receptionist and Pauline to talk to my Dr. Worst experience in my life with this surgery recently. Dr Christine, Dr Griffith, Dr yahya Khan , Dr Talbot, amazing best Dr . Dr western who took early retirement one of the best Dr I know.. Late Dr Blair may God blessed him. How nice I cannot explain in words. Before he passed away he introduced Dr Nem Sam in surgery, but unfortunately I didn’t get chance to speak to any Dr and explain my position . The worst thing is I am without my medicine right now. I contact NHS and they were shock to hear what I have been through. CQC is dealing and I am waiting to hear from them . Good Dr but rude receptionist. Shame . Even if I go back to that area I never registered with Fulham north surgery 82 Lilly road ?? |
