I had a smear test today and the nurse was so kind, caring and most importantly so professional! It is the first time (and I had many) it was done not only in a fast but gentle manner, no pain at all! Thank you so much! | ||||||

I booked phone appointment first thing in the morning around 7:30am then I received notification around 8:30 that the Dr. will call me between 8:30-11:30am. I waited for the call but the Dr. didn’t call me till 11:46 but unfortunately I missed the call for 1 second as I am at work. Literally she just called for like 6 seconds when I checked my missed call. When I called back the receptionist said the Dr. will call again in 20 minutes to an hour. I waited again for another 2 hours but still the Dr.hasn’t called me yet and the receptionist said she message the Dr. that I’m still waiting for her call. She said to message her again. To make the long story short, I called again around 18:30 and the receptionist said the Dr. already gone home and the clinic is closed. How could the Dr leave the patient hanging and waiting for call all day loooong. Why they didn’t just tell me that the Dr. can’t talk to me and book for another time? It’s not on, it is so annoying waiting all day especially if you’re not feeling well. Most of the Drs. I encountered was very good but this particular Dr Karin has no empathy to the patient. | ||||||
