Top notch doctors and service. Had superb care for over five years through thick and this. Never have to wait long and referrals and treatment happen swiftly. Reception super helpful and I’ve noticed better service from reception recently. Thank you, all. |

Terrible service, non caring staff. It is as if they are doing you a favour not their jobs. The staff generally got 'cant be bothered attitude. The nurse I saw was good - she was head and shoulders above everyone there. Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare - they just simply don't care about their patients and they show it. |

I have left favourable reviews before but this week they excelled : Friday evening I felt really unwell, Saturday morning I was on to 111 & spoke to the firsts stage Triage medic - then the Clinician called back & then the duty GP called me back over the weekend. He made recommendations, issued prescription direct to my local pharmacy & said he would email Hillcrest & my GP, who he knows & also spoke highly of. Early Monday morning there was an email waiting for me from my GP to go in for an emergency appointment, the surgery called me with a time & I was seen. Tuesday morning I had a phone call with Hillcrest's duty GP & again Wednesday morning & happily the problem has resolved & passed. Hillcrest is a large teaching practice yet their care, attention & ability to re-assure any patient immediately is beyond any reasonable expectations. You would not get this degree of speed & help in the top Harley Street private clinics : They are too busy tidying the glossy magazines & re-arranging the flowers ! |
