I’ve been a patient at the surgery for a number of years. Unfortunately it has got worse the last couple of years. I have recently been left in pain for 4 weeks because a doctor hasn’t bothered to follow up with referrals and pain relief as promised or even call backs. Dr “Apple” is by far the worst doctor I have had to meet. | ||||||

From reading the reviews and my recent experience I can see the problems at Hammersmith Surgery are well known and have existed for many many years. The Doctors are ok, but everything else, such as the appointment system, the reception staff and general organisation need significant improvement. What worries, is these problems are well known, and it looks if the staff just do not care, and are quite happy to treat patients as unwelcome distractions. Perhaps it is time for the CQC force poor surgeries to reduce registered patients until they improve. | ||||||

All of the staff - doctors, nurses and receptionists - at Hammersmith Surgery are outstanding. They are friendly, approachable and explain everything so well. I can not recommend them enough. | ||||||
