My name Mr M Hearne I've been wanting to see a doctor 2 years +. I phone I'm told there's no appointments. Receptionist can I help. me are you a doctor? Now all of a sudden they keep contacting me stuff like take your blood pressure ' well like I carry one of them machines in my pocket ??. They haven't been bothered about anything I've needed. Can't be asked with all the crap you get when phoning. If you want to see me invit me with an appointment for my back .. | ||||||

This Gp is extremely busy, it's really hard to make an appointment unless is emergency. I was waiting a month for the appointment for my child when it was cancelled
just the dayy before. The appointment was made for my 1year old for immunisation, so I made arrangements at work to go with my daughter and take care of her after. However the day before the GP called and asked me to come today as tomorrow my appointment is cancelled. I explained I can't do it today as I am at work etc, then my appointment was rescheduled and I need to to wait another 3weeks. Not convenient at all, I was advised that they don't do immunisation on Wednesday when last time I was told the opposite that immunisation are made only on Wednesday! Very disappointing... | ||||||

I have been a patient since 1999 and to date, I have never had a bad experience. There are some excellent doctors at the practise, past and present who are very thorough and caring. I have a favourite one whom I try to see most of the times who has helped me through some very difficult times. Over the years, there have been various staff at the reception and yes, some can be a little abrupt but I believe this may be because they are under pressure. I have always been able to get an emergency appointment but it’s not always easy to schedule a regular appointment ahead of time. By and large, I am extremely happy with the service and care that I get from this surgery. | ||||||
