Do not be fooled by the nice building- there is nothing nice about this practice! Rude receptionists who have no customer service skills. You’d think after all the bad reviews they’ve had they would either get rid of them or send them off for some training. It just shows you management have no clue what goes on or they don’t care - not sure which is worse? Impossible to get an appointment, even for a 6 month old baby. I rang on a Monday and was told I could have a phone consultation the following Thursday! Not good enough especially considering they say they prioritise babies - what a joke! Once you finally get a face-to-face appointment after calling every morning all week you’ll be incredibly disappointed with the care you receive from Dr O’Connor who is incredibly rude. Avoid this place if you can because it’s a shambles! | ||||||

The administration staff consistently make errors. Then become shouty and defensive when you make correct them. The practise manager is unable to send or search for emails. The staff lie and are inefficient so I demanded to complain to the partner dr Hassan. She was so disgracefully rude, accusing my frustration was anger because of her own and staff incapability. They share information with 3rd parties with no authorisation or fact. 1 dr incorrectly without thorough examination began treating my family member for cancer they didn't have. Their service is disgracefully poor they don't care and are unprofessionally rude subjecting and treating patients based on their personal feelings rather than based of their duty of care need. Cases require thorough investigation for complaint purpose. They are the worst surgery in w12 and whenever visiting in person im only able to see staff gossiping without a care. Never any work being done hence why patient files consist of many errors and fictaous stories. From the partners to the admin staff - this surgery should be placed under investigation promptly! | ||||||

was seen at the hospital in march now in April and I still don't have my tablets keep phoning doctors only to be told its getting done up till now I still don't have my tablets this is a disgrace waiting still for the doctor to sign the tablets. | ||||||
