This has to be one of the best surgeries in West London Having been there for so many years I can honestly say the whole team are polite -friendly -and very professional ! Ive read a few odd reviews recently and simply cannot relate to their negative comments -the doctors have quickly spotted and treated my Diabetes and thyroid issues - fast referral to hospitals when needed and superb follow up : also the reception crew have always been more than helpful on booking appointments and advice # I recall Gwen was simply the best ! They all get my vote ?? | ||||||

I have been a patient of the practice for many years and I have always had excellent service. The doctors have always treated me as if they really care and are interested in me. They have helped me through many very difficult situations and I am very grateful to them for their expertise and professionalism. | ||||||

Today I was told I don’t need a blue badge or to park close to the gp because I can walk. I’m pretty sure discrimination against unseen disability’s stoped a long time ago. I’m literally left in tears after leaving this surgery on more then one occasion the WORST practice ever I only haven’t changed because dr Hornibrook is so kind. | ||||||
