Lack of system and discipline! I came for walk in service at 8:30am, there were 10 people and only 9 seats. I wouldn’t mind to wait standing but only after an hour we were told that the doctor is not even here yet. |

I've visited the doctor this morning for the second time after a treatment for an infection.
I was stunned by the fact that he did not take the time to examine me at all. Did not check my throat and ears, NOTHING. He just talked to me saying everything was ok. You just need to wait and go home.
I feel really bad and am sure that it won't go better in the future as I've been sick for 1month now. I am fed up.
I feel him unprofessional. I've never seen a Dr diagnosing a patient just talking with him.
I will go to a private one straight away.
I feel unsafe in this surgery. The reception is sometimes rude and I've been waiting for 45min for 5min of consultation!
Unacceptable!!! |

I always come away from seeing a GP here - realising I’m lucky to be a patient at such a great surgery.
One of the receptionists is always so helpful, also, and kind when I was unwell.
Today - I attended an emergency clinic, saw a competent dr, who put me at ease, as well as dealing with things in a timely fashion.
I already have my scan apptmt through, and went to the hospital to have my blood tests today ( already know some of the results).
I’m a medical professional myself, and am hugely appreciative of the care I receive at this surgery.
Rooms are clean and uncluttered. |
