Attend this surgery with my 3 children, all as patients of the same doctor. She is always so professional giving my children and I the attention and care we need. She refers us when needed, outlining the options in a clear way. With stretched NHS resources I feel we get an exemplary level of service from a kind, caring and always smiling GP. Makes a doctors visit more pleasant. |

It is such a shame that such a wonderful GP surgery has gone down hill. The Drs who ran the practice with the Manager ran a really tight ship. The receptionists were always very friendly and efficient and nothing was ever too much of a problem. As a patient you felt totally respected and looked after.Times change, and unfortunately now it feels as if this exceptional practice is much like another one. The receptionists are nosy to the condition you have, you send an email that doesn't get looked at or responded back to and you have to chase for simple referral forms and letters. I completely understand the pressures of the NHS but there is no need for simple inefficiencies. Please aim to keep your patients happy. |
