I have been registered with this practice for the past two years and I have always received excellent care and service.
The receptionist are always helpful, efficient and discreet.
I have seen numerous doctors throughout the two years I have been patient at the surgery, I feel they have always taken me seriously in any concerns I have had and always ensured that I have been given the care and referrals I have needed where necessary.
However I would especially line to praise the nurse that I have always seen at the surgery, she is absolutely excellent, she is efficient, kind and has always made me feel comfortable and at ease whenever I have seen her.
I have had to have numerous cervical screenings and blood tests over the past couple of years and the level of care and understanding I have received from her is the best I have received at any practice/hospital and the surgery is lucky to have her! | ||||||

On a recent blood test my GP said I was getting close to diabetes 2. So she enrolled me in the diabetes prevention programme. I at first didn't want to go, but over the course of the programme was one of the best things I have ever done. It taught me about lifestyles plus the technical bits on liver kidneys hearts. I never went on a diet but change he way I live. In seven months I've lost 18 Kilos Blood sugar levels down to what they were 10 years ago have new clothes lost 5' inches off my waist. I am very pleased with myself as is my GP. The guy who ran the course was excellent. | ||||||

Nurse was helpful and considerate during tests. Similar positive experience with a particular doctor who took positive action, referral and really made me feel as if she was fully engaged in promoting my better health. | ||||||
