They violated my basic human rights under the Geneva Convention denied me access to my right to medical care and so reported it. As I have been victim of I'D fraud since 2009 more than once called to notify them that I had reported this and was bizarrely told I'm registered elsewhere which I know nothing about and deny. Thevpracticevmanager was insultingvand refused to give me the details in addition I withdrew registry months ago due to this and leaving England and they still hold my details clearly so I requested a copy of my records held on file by them and under FOI details of the alleged practice and they have not complied further violating my rights and withholding information. |

WARNING ASHVILLE SURGERY CAN SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH Failed to listen to my serious concerns about the symptoms I was experiencing resulting in a rapid deterioration of my health. This led to me collapsing and falling into a state of unconsciousness for a period of over 5 hours before the fire brigade forced entry into my home to give the paramedics access. I was rushed to the acute unit and had a near-death experience. Whilst in hospital, I discovered that my condition was caused by medication that I had been prescribed, the said medication that I had complained about on several occasions as a possible contributory factor to my ill health. Since leaving the hospital, my health and well-being have further deteriorated. I now have to use aids to conduct my day-to-day activities as I have disabilities that were not present before taking the medication. I was treated very badly as the circumstances in which I found myself clearly showed a lack of professional practice and a duty of care concerning my rights as a patient. I have been left traumatised by my near-death experience and those responsible at Ashville Surgery need to be held accountable for this gross error in service delivery and practice management. I have been treated most appallingly and fail to see how my experiences could be justified by the practice manager. My experiences included being told that I may have a specific ailment but the GP not acting on it to suggest treatment or any follow-up to the issue. Lack of empathy relating to a diagnosis that required my attendance at the hospital. Persistent Refusal to look at my medication despite being very clear of adverse effects. Making a referral to the hospital and then withdrawing it despite my plea for the referral to be upgraded to urgent as I was concerned that the condition could be sinister. Refusal of prescribing me medication for an established condition and generally treating me in a discriminatory manner. It is clear that the service has breached every single rule and regulation to do with good practice standards, leaving me with an experience that I relive every day. I wonder who will take responsibility and be accountable for these gross errors of negligence? I am still trying to work it out however, Ashville Surgery you have a lot to answer for as you are directly responsible for the deterioration of my current health on a physical, psychological and emotional level. I hope you feel proud of yourselves. |

Rude receptionists, patronising poor management. Zero respect! Male staff misinformed me about going to walk in health centre at 4:20 but the centre had already stopped seeing patients at 3:30! Making loose jokes and advising me to call 111 if l am very sick. I reminded him that lt’s not relevant to call AE l just have cold and flu it’s not an emergency. He never answered the questions l asked, kept repeating the same “copy paste” generic answers such as call 111 or check online, with an unprofessional attitude. And the other lady who dealt with a great manner explained everything nicely. Whilst the male staff turned entire process into a little comedy show. At last, the lady told me the registration process could take 1 day and l can be seen by doctor 2 working days. Shortly after one person appeared and advised me that the registration can’t be completed in 3 days and doctors can’t be seen in next two days. When l asked why and what’s changed, he gave me no explanation and said this is the normal process. He also asked me to apologise to the member of staff and blamed me been rude whilst l was the one who was treated badly, not given an answer and been mistreated when l was seeking for help. I am extremely disappointed with this poor and unprofessional behaviour. The GP staff was being rude and then l have been told that the “rude behaviour is not accepted “ here. I have been residing in London for 16 years and regularly visiting GPs now and always have good communication with them, now l have lost trust in this practice due to unprofessional management and unfair treatment. If l am registered with this GP l would like to make sure people are fair and caring, not treating parents impolitely. |
