I have been in this surgery over 15 years and it’s even getting better than before as before; I use to get the appointmen within 2 to 5 days and wait 30 min to see the dr,
But now I can have same day emergency appointment and I see my dr on time. The Practice manger is really nice ( much better than the previous one) as the new practice manager very polite and humble and goes out of her way to help us and listens to our comments. |

Whenever I phone in no answers, the phone rings and rings. When I decide to hang up (waiting 5 minutes at times) .. I then call back and still just rings... need more staff????
If and when I get through, have to wait at least a week for an appointment. When I get a telephone contsotation booked and i call in for the consultation.. guess what.. no one answers the phone.. just happened to me again today.. phone rang for 10 minutes when I called in for my appointment. How long should I hold on for it to be answered????
Time to change GP... appalling service |

I registered in a surgery as I needed urgent gp consultation. I was informed that it'll take up to 5 working days to process my application form.
It's almost two weeks today since then. After many calls I was told that my application got lost.
Waste of time and incompetence are the words coming to my mind to describe this place, very disappointed! |
